Đào served me and the chemistry is instant - we had less than 24 hours in Hoi An and they managed to turn in 3 suits and 2 shirts within 24 hours, with 2 fittings in between. That’s seriously impressive by any standard and we love the fit. We ordered more suits and shirts as a result to be posted. Tailored Suits - great experience We visited Hoi An in August and one of the things on our list was getting tailored clothes. A dong silk had amazing reviews so decided to try it. The moment we entered we were greeted by Loan who was amazing and very welcoming. I had a good idea what I wanted but Loan definitely made the process so easy and was very knowledgeable. She made a lot of suggestions which turned out to be right but also listened to what I liked in style. The end result was 2 suits and a couple of shirts which were fantastic. Highly recommend and will definitely be back one day.

Best tailors in Hoi An A Dong Silk Tailors is an amazing place to have clothes tailored to you. Dung and her team are brilliant! I walked in with pictures from the internet and they recreated all of them perfectly. They are quick, meticulous and so very lovely to work with. Can highly recommend.

High-Quality, Reliable, Not Pushy - Don't go anywhere else This is the only place you need to go for tailoring while in Hoi An. Everything they make is high-quality and QUICK; but the best part is the ladies here are not pushy. Unlike other places that were kinda aggressive, they let me browse and ask questions and didn't keep trying to push extra pieces or fabrics I didn't want. At least twice they told me not to waste my money on the more expensive silk because of what I was making the outfits for. I love that I not only made a gown but also casual clothes - like a silk set and outfits for Coachella! When we ordered matching outfits for our family, they even gifted me the matching romper for my 3mo baby.

On this trip, I had clothes made at two places: this one and the very popular chain (which I had arrived at first and felt pressured to order stuff). After getting my clothes, I regretted not doing everything at A Dong; in fact, I ended up ordering a few more of everything in other colors at A Dong.

Nhung helped me and was 10/10; I appreciated how willing she was to work on our timeline and her reliable communication. My brother and husband also made a few purchases here with the other associates; everyone enjoyed their experience and would absolutely come again.

There are so many options for tailors in hoi an and I’m so grateful my partner and I chose a dong silk. I went in knowing the styles but was guided thankfully by Le who was very knowledgeable about all the different materials and the way they’d sit on my body. She helped me make informed decisions and I’m incredibly happy of what I’ve come away with. One of the best purchases was easily a pair of black satin dress pants that fit my body perfectly. It possibly is on the more expensive side but I would recommend anyone to Le at a dong silk.

On our recent trip to Vietnam, we went to Dong Silk in Hoi An and ordered several mens suits, blazers, linen pants, and shirts. All custom made with initial design consultation, two fittings and a packaging for travel back to the U.S. Our associates Nhung and Nga were amazing. They smiled and joked with us and made us very comfortable during the process. Helping us narrow down options since it can be overwhelming with all the materials we decided on our options and they invited us back for fittings before finalizing everything. They are great sales people and business people always making an option to buy more without us feeling pressured. The best part was they explained how they left materials in the clothing for future alterations should we want to change the fitting in the future with a tailor back home (length and width of things haha). If you are in Hoi An go visit their shop. It was so fun to have custom made clothing just for us. 5 stars!

I had the best experience at A Dong Silk, all thanks to Dao - I got a 3-piece suit, shirt and an extra pair of trousers made for my sisters wedding. Dao was so amazing in making sure all the fittings where perfect, offered me advice on the best style and fit, and most of all she was so friendly. My suit only took a few days to be made, and Dao made sure I was happy with everything, taking time to make sure everything was perfect. My fiancee also got her wedding dress made here and LOVES it - the team are amazing. Thanks so much! Highly recommend.

Le Is the BEST! Le and her team were amazing! She helped me with multiple suits, paying very close attention to detail and am making suggestions I wouldn’t even have thought of.
My wife loved the fabric selection and people so much she regretted having her clothes made elsewhere (so she had more made by A Dong Silk).
They even made some very very cute outfits for our baby so she could match us at upcoming weddings.

Amazing tailored clothes! I had a trench coat, pants, dress and shorts made. I had reference photos, the end result was better than the photos provided! The fabric was high quality and custom measurements were perfected with subsequent fittings. Dao and Nhung made the experience easy and were incredibly helpful and nice! Thank you

Great quality of work and value Suong was amazing, patient and very accommodating. I came in with the initial intention of just purchasing 1-2 suits. I left with 5. I was blown away by their customization, quality of work and wide variety of fabrics and colors to choose from. I stopped by the first day to choose my suit designs. Came back the next day at 2 pm for the fitting. Stopped by one last time a couple of days later for the final fitting. The suits were shipped to the states and arrived 3 business days later. I received tracking information immediately. Highly recommend this specific location because of Suong. The team doesn’t pressure you and I got a sweet deal compared to a custom suit in the states. Very pleased with the quality and final product of my suits. So impressed with the work that I will be back in the near future to purchase more suits.

The place to go! I visited several tailors in Hoi An and A Dong stood out from the rest. I was shopping for some blazers and they had the highest quality and best selection. The expertise and attentive service was exceptional. Very happy with my beautiful new sports jackets. They kept my measurements on file and I have already placed another order.

Highly professional and multitude of opportunities Ive made the trip to HoiAn for Chinese New Year and especially to get some clothes done. A Dong Silk was recommended by a friend who had a good experience the year before.
Although the whole process was super quick and efficient I felt Loan took the time to understand what I wanted (honestly I was not always very clear) and thoughtfully guided me into the different shapes and fabrics.
I had the opportunity to have 2 trials within 2 days and it all eventually fit perfectly.
Do not expect cheap prices, it’s completely reasonable considering it’s made to measure and very good quality.
Can’t wait for another trip with new ideas to put in shape.
