So I arrived in Vietnam (Hoi An), not knowing what to expect.
I was surprised and impressed.
I wanted to have a couple sports-coats and business shirts made.
After searching the internet and TripAdvisor for reviews and recommendations, I tuned up to A Dong Silk.
I was greeted by a great group of staff and was provided with a cold bottle of water and fresh towel.
I was then looked after by Phúóng from there in.
She was great and very professional in every manner.
I was initially measured and advised to return 24 hrs later for fitting of the items.
I returned the next day, after mixing the times up (some 4+ hours later than originally requested) to which I was greeted by Phúóng – who had stayed back waiting for me to arrive.
The fitting was quick and smooth.
On arrival for collection of the items, I tried them on and was very impressed with the quality of their products.
I do not have any reservations of recommending this place to anyone travelling to Hoi An, in search of a quality tailor.
I will definitely be returning to A Dong Silk in the future to have further items made.
