At A Dong Silk, we are proud of the craftsmanship and dedication of our local tailors in Hoi An. Each garment is custom-made based on the customer’s measurements and chosen fabric, reflecting over 25 years of tailoring expertise.
We understand that in certain cases, our garment will not meet the customer’s requested specifications. To ensure fairness, our refund policy is as follows:
1️⃣ Refund Request Timeline
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Requests after this period will not be eligible.
2️⃣ Conditions for Refund Eligibility
A Dong Silk accepts refund requests in the following cases:
– The garment was made in the wrong style as requested by the customer.
– The garment was made using the wrong fabric code selected by the customer.
– The garment was made with incorrect measurements provided by the customer (this does not apply in cases where movement allowance measurements, necessary for comfortable wear and proper fit)
👉 Please note: Outside of the above cases, A Dong Silk does not accept refund requests.
3️⃣ Additional Notes
We kindly ask customers to cooperate in covering the shipping cost to return the item to A Dong Silk.
4️⃣ Return Process
Our team will inspect the returned product to confirm eligibility.
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 15 days, and the funds will be returned to the customer’s account.
We encourage all customers to communicate any concerns during the fitting process, so we can address issues promptly before final delivery.
